We will have lively discussion regarding the issues in the book. The Army Pete Hegseth joined in 2001 is very different from the Army of today. He compares an Army once focused on meritocracy, lethality, competencey and color blindness to the cultural and institutional forces that are eroding the honmor and integrity of America's current military. He uncovers and discusses the deep roots of out military dysfunction. "If we are going to send our boys to fight, we need to unleash them to win."
